Milestone is a community-based nonprofit organization that has been improving local lives since 1969. Milestone provides a continuum of support, treatment, residential and vocational services to individuals with behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders intellectual disabilities and autism. Milestone is grateful for the opportunity to support more than 3,000 people right here in western Pennsylvania!
