We want young adults to know that no matter where they are, they are not alone in their grief. Journey to HOPE is a FREE virtual support group for young adults (ages 18-30) to connect, share, and heal together, available through the Highmark Caring Place. This safe and confidential online setting brings participants together with other young adults in an eight-meeting session, empowering and equipping them with tools that can help them navigate grief. At the same time, they'll get to hear from their peers who are struggling with and sometimes overcoming similar issues.
