The Bhutanese Community Association of Pittsburgh (BCAP) strives to mobilize resources to improve the quality of life for Bhutanese community members in the region, reaching out to vulnerable families and individuals in a culturally appropriate way. The organization provides a variety of programs, including: after school academy; citizenship class; immigration assistance; learners' permit test prep; and mental health assistance. We also serve members of any other ethnic nationality and linguistic groups.
