Healthcare

We welcome all patients without health insurance free of cost. We provide primary and acute medical care, medication access, medical and social services, case management, and insurance navigation services to individuals with a focus on continuity, prevention, and education. All services are provided at no cost to any patient by a volunteer team of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, physical therapists, health professional students, AmeriCorps National Service Members, and other healthcare providers.
