The Centre Avenue Housing project is the catalytic renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic YMCA property. As a male only residence, there are 74 Single Room Occupancy units available to households below 30% of AMI. Rent is $442/month payable by money order made out to Centre Avenue Housing.
