The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) offers the Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP) and Homeowner Assistance Program PLUS, which provide up to $30,000 in financial assistance for those eligible. For homeowners at or below 50% AMI, families can rehabilitate and improve their residential owner-occupied properties within the City of Pittsburgh.
