The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is entering a new era – one with a renewed emphasis on public health, the environment, and our responsibility to serve as steadfast stewards of the vital water services our region relies on each day. Our assistance programs are designed to provide financial relief for income-qualified residential customers having difficulty paying their PWSA bill. Apply for the Bill Discount Program, Winter Shut Off Moratorium, and Lead Service Line Replacement Reimbursement online by completing our application. To determine if you are eligible, review the income eligibility chart at the bottom of the page or enter your income into the available income calculator.
