CCAC Nurse Aide Training Program

Training and Development

CCAC's Nurse Aide Training program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience and prepare them to pass the certification exam administered by Credentia. Nurse aides, also known as nursing assistants, provide direct care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses. They may feed and bathe patients, help rotate them in bed, assist with exercise, and administer medications. They also help prepare medical equipment for tests. The program is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
