Over 75% of those we have served earn less than $20,000 a year and are struggling to meet basic needs. Their need may be the result of starting over after homelessness, domestic abuse, fire/flood, incarceration, or medical/behavioral health issues. Many are veterans, single parents, or elderly. We do not require paperwork showing proof of need. The Blessing Board exists to support those in our community facing furniture insecurity or furniture poverty. We understand that asking for help can be hard, but if you’re willing to make the first step, we’re here to receive you with open arms.
