We assist individuals over 18 and families who are unstably housed, at imminent risk, or are currently experiencing homelessness by providing support in obtaining and maintaining safe, affordable housing. Referrals to CHS’s Housing programs are assigned directly to CHS by the Allegheny Link and referring partners. You can contact the Allegheny Link to complete an assessment and connect to resources and services you may be eligible for at, 1-866-730-2368.
